If you need groceries for yourself or your whānau, we can help.
Food parcels are free and include ingredients to cook simple meals at home. We work with trusted partners across Tāmaki Makaurau to make sure more people can access support close to where they live.
Every parcel includes basic groceries to help you prepare meals at home. Contents may vary, but usually include:
- Canned goods
- Fresh or frozen vegetables
- Rice or pasta
- Breakfast items
- Hygiene essentials (where possible)
