Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do

From serving meals to packing parcels, our volunteers bring compassion and energy to every part of the Mission.

More opportunities coming soon

  • Thanks to the incredible support of our community, all current volunteer spots are filled. We’re not taking new applications right now — but more opportunities open throughout the year, especially at Christmas.

If you’d like to make an impact today, why not join Auckland Angels? By collecting gifts with your workplace, school, friends, or whānau, you’ll bring joy to families who are doing it tough this Christmas. More info can be found here.

Working at Haeata gives me the opportunity to interact with all sorts of people; the kitchen staff and the people we serve. There are so many characters. I think it’s important to be empathetic and understanding, and the best way to develop that ability is to be around people outside of your normal circle, to grow your bubble.
